Discovery Phase
At HDC-Flowtech, we pay particular attention to understanding the idea of the project, the product's market, and the problem our client wants to solve. HDC-Flowtech bắt đầu bằng việc lắng nghe, trao đổi trực tiếp 1:1 để hiểu rõ nhu cầu, mục tiêu và kỳ vọng từ khách hàng. Chúng tôi thiết lập nền tảng hợp tác tin cậy thông qua NDA (nếu cần), đồng thời cung cấp tài liệu năng lực và các mẫu dự án tham khảo.
Phân tích yêu cầu & Đề xuất giải pháp
Sau khi thu thập thông tin kỹ thuật và nghiệp vụ, đội ngũ HDC-Flowtech tiến hành phân tích bài toán chi tiết, xác định kiến trúc công nghệ phù hợp. Chúng tôi xây dựng bản Proposal kèm theo ước lượng chi phí, thời gian và bản Demo/Prototype (nếu cần).
Lập kế hoạch triển khai
Khi thống nhất giải pháp, hai bên tiến hành ký hợp đồng, chia nhỏ milestone và thiết lập đội ngũ dự án chuyên trách. HDC-Flowtech khởi động dự án bằng Project Plan chi tiết, đồng thời cấu hình đầy đủ các công cụ quản lý: Jira, Git, Slack, Google Drive,...
Phát triển & Kiểm thử sản phẩm
Dự án được phát triển theo mô hình Agile/Kanban, chia nhỏ thành các sprint rõ ràng và minh bạch. Mỗi tính năng đều được kiểm thử kỹ lưỡng về chức năng, giao diện và tích hợp. Mỗi giai đoạn, HDC-Flowtech đều sẽ báo cáo tiến độ định kỳ gửi cho khách hàng.
