Business Analyst (BA)

HDC-Flowtech is looking for a Business Analyst (BA) with strong business analysis skills, acting as a bridge between clients and technical teams to deliver effective software products.

• Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from clients and stakeholders
• Prepare BRD, SRS, user stories, and use cases
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams
• Support the team during development and UAT phases
• Manage requirement changes and ensure project scope alignment
• Participate in improving product development processes

• At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent role
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and communication skills
• Ability to write clear and well-structured documentation
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Figma is a plus
• Knowledge of web or mobile application systems is an advantage
