FullStack Developer (Python, ReactJS)

HDC-Flowtech is looking for a FullStack Developer (Python, ReactJS) with experience in building large-scale web systems, capable of handling both backend and frontend with a strong focus on architecture and performance.

• Develop and maintain backend systems using Python (Django / FastAPI)
• Build user interfaces with ReactJS, ensuring performance and excellent user experience
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs between frontend and backend
• Optimize system performance, security, and scalability
• Participate in requirement analysis, system architecture design, and code reviews
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the project lifecycle

• At least 3 years of experience in FullStack development
• Strong proficiency in Python (Django or FastAPI)
• Solid experience with ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL)
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
• Strong system thinking, proactive mindset, and high sense of responsibility
