Backend Python Developer

HDC-Flowtech is looking for a Backend Python Developer with strong system-thinking skills and a passion for building stable, secure, and highly scalable backend systems for web and digital platforms.

• Design, develop, and optimize backend systems using Python (Django / FastAPI)
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs for frontend and mobile applications
• Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Redis
• Optimize system performance, security, and scalability
• Collaborate with Frontend, DevOps, and Product teams to deliver new features
• Participate in code reviews and system architecture improvements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Backend Developer with Python
• Strong experience with Django or FastAPI
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication, and authorization
• Experience working with relational databases
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Docker is a plus
• Strong logical thinking, proactive mindset, and high sense of responsibility
